I just wanted to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks for all of the time and effort you put in to developing an outstanding product.  This is a big win for us and something I was not confident that we would get resolved.  It was very nice to be on the call to see that you all had already addressed every issue that my Manager brought up.
